FAQ

It’s simple.  Contact us via text, email, or phone and we will send you a questionnaire and consent forms to fill out.  Once you fill those out and send them back, the provider will send you a prescription for your initial blood work. Once results are received the provider will determine your treatment plan.   We will also schedule your initial tele-health consult with the provider.  The provider will review your medical history as well as your lab results and the two of you will openly discuss a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.

How much is the consultation?  —  We only charge a one-time fee of $129.00 which includes all paperwork processing, initial lab work, review of medical history, and the consultation with the provider.  This initial fee will be applied to the cost of your first treatment plan.
